In Rosie’s scale 0 = no progress and 10 = goal achieved. As you can see Rosie rates herself at 5 so she’s half way there already which is great!

what could I do to make me feel happier?


Rosie had been feeling a bit down, she knew she was ready to make a change in order to to feel happier.
Rosie wrote her goal down. She used this planner to get her started.

It’s a really good idea to make a note of your progress as you work towards your goal. At the start it helps to know where you are on a scale of 0 -10.  Then you can measure progress as you go along. This helps to keep you motivated and can boost your confidence too.
